The reception team was great! Especially the gentleman I dealt with on the phone regarding the noise level above my room. Thank-you for offering us a different room. Sorry I didn’t get your name. I made a noise complaint on Sunday night around 10pm and he was lovely to deal with and made sure we had a restful night with sleep. The free drinks from the mini bar was a plus and the gym was great too.

The rooms at Swissotel Kursaal Bern are elegantly designed and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. The plush bedding, well-appointed furnishings, and luxurious bathroom made for an exceptionally comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the room's decor truly impressed me. The breakfast spread was simply outstanding. There was an extensive variety of options to cater to all tastes and preferences. Freshly baked pastries, a selection of bread and jams, and a wide assortment of cereals and yogurts were available for those who preferred a light and healthy start to their day. For those with heartier appetites, the hot food station was a culinary dream come true. The aroma of sizzling bacon, perfectly cooked sausages. and scrambled eggs filled the air.

Great modern, stylish, comfortable hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with advice. Room was large, clean, comfortable, and stylish. They had many conveniences like a mini fridge with free drinks, plenty of counter space to put things, and a sitting room. Parking is in an underground garage and secure. The hotel is conveniently located across the bridge that connects to the downtown. We either walked or took the free bus that stops in front of the hotel. Excellent location! Would love to stay here again!.

very clean, comfortable, good location, nice interior design

The location is fantastic. You walk out and just a short walk away to the main old town. I love that it’s a bit quieter and overlooking the river. Staff speak good English ( a unique thing in Bern ) and they were very helpful in explaining us how to get around, recommendations etc. Room size is great for Europe standards. Room is clean and well maintained. Mini bar is equipped and daily water , coffee capsules etc is provided. Overall we were super satisfied. Great value for money!
